The neck of the femur on the left is twice longer than the right one.

Below is a picture of 6 left femur bones. You can see the degree of torsion (twist) increases from left to right.

Looking at the left femur from the top. Right image is more extreme femoral torsion. The parallel position of the feet will be required completely different rotation for those two.

The right image of inclination of the left femur neck is 40 degrees more than left one. The ability to abduct would be 40 degrees different.
